Virtual Conference workshops--vendors

  • 01 Dec 2020
  • 15 May 2021

Registration

Registration is closed

WSST unfortunately had to cancel its 2021 conference due to COVID-19 concerns. We are soliciting vendors from both for-profit and non-profit organizations who wish to offer virtual workshops for WSST members. We will schedule these workshops at a mutually agreed upon date and time in the January through April timeframe of 2021. Promotion of the workshops will be a mutual effort.

  • Vendors will arrange for their own virtual platform for the workshop. If needed WSST can assist with its zoom accounts for such workshops but it is preferred that vendors arrange their own workshops on a platform of their choosing.
  • Sign up for workshops will be also done by the vendor. Vendors will be able to communicate with attendees both prior to and after the workshop. If materials are being sent to attendees an early sign up deadline is suggested.
  • Requiring preregistration is at the discretion of the vendor. That also means "unregistered walk-ins" to the workshop are controlled by the vendor.
  • WSST does not share membership information. Registering for a workshop gives vendors the right to judiciously use that contact information.
  • Workshop numbers are set at the discretion of the vendor.
  • WSST wishes to record workshops and add the recording to our website's resource page. Vendors may choose to record or not record their workshop. Such arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon in advance with the appropriate WSST representative (see below for WSST representatives).
  • WSST agrees to promote the workshop through its website, Newsletters, monthly email to members, and its social media pages.
  • Vendors may purchase as many workshops slots as they desire.
  • For-profit organizations are $400 per evening workshop.
  • Non-profit organizations are $100 per one hour workshop.
  • If vendors have conference balances with WSST from our canceled conferences, please communicate with Kevin Niemi so that those funds can be used to these virtual workshops.
  • Questions can be sent to Rod Dymesich, Conference Vendor Coordinator, rdymesich@phillips.k12.wi.us or Kevin Niemi, CFO, kjniemi@wisc.edu.
