Base fee:
  • Must have an active WSST membership. This registration level DOES NOT extend your membership. Contact Tammy Dymesich <coo@wsst.org> if you have questions about your membership.
  • Advanced registration before March 15, 2025. Includes one year membership in WSST. Use this registration type if you are wishing to renew your membership or if you are not a current member of WSST.
  • Includes one year membership in WSST.
  • Must have an active WSST student membership. Contact Kevin Niemi <kjniemi@wisc.edu> for registration code.
  • Be sure to contact Dr. Ray Scolavino who organizes the Exploratorium, rscali3@yahoo.com.

Notes:

  • Workshops and field trips require pre-registration. General sessions on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday do not require pre-registration. Check the program and/or SCHED app for session titles.
  • ALL presenters must register for either the whole conference or for the day of their presentation. Presenters can register for the entire conference (option a, b, or c) or for the day only of their presentation (option h, i, or j).  If and only if you are attending just to present will registration option Z-Invited speakers and presenters be appropriate for a presenter. This is a very limited option! Contact Kevin Niemi, kjniemi@wisc.edu.
  • Special night at the EAA Museum, Friday evening, after banquet. Watch, listen, learn, and interact with a variety of exhibits encompassing all eras of flight. Featured exhibits include Eagle Hangar, Pioneers of Flight, Space Ship One, Innovations Gallery, Antiques & Classics, and Air Racing & Aerobatics. Cash bar & light appetizers provided by the EAA Youth Education Center. First bus for museum will leave at 8:15 pm-last bus back to the hotel will be at 10:15 pm. Banquet ticket includes the transportation to and from EAA Museum. If you are NOT attending the banquet, you can purchase transportation to the Special Night at the EAA Museum on the registration form.
  • If you believe you are a member of WSST in good standing and that registration option is not available to you (grayed out on the registration page), please email Tammy Dymesich, coo@wsst.org. 
  • We use emails to print badges so each person must have a unique email that cannot be used more than once for registering.
